Position: Support Team Leader

Background: 2nd line IT support experience in an Enterprise application environment

Key Skills: Data Analysis, MS-SQL Server

Ideal: DBA configuration experience, MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), logical thinker, ability to develop scripts

Opportunity: Manage a team within a rapidly expanding SME

Successful software house in Croydon is currently looking for a support team leader to mentor (and grow into a role to manage) a team of 3.

The role will see the successful support team lead delivering technical support on the clients bespoke technology solutions to their customers.

The right candidate will have considerable experience from a bespoke support environment and ideally have mentored or managed other support professionals.

The right 2nd line support engineer will be a logical thinker with strong analytical skil which is vital for this post.

It is viatl that you have an aptitude for data analysis with demonstrable skills in logically analysing support case scenarios and probable solutions.
